Dear Paul,
As you know we are a 10-year-old family owned high end European Auto Service, Repair, Tuning, Modifications and Parts company here in Kearny Mesa. We specialize in Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Ferrari and Land Rover – our customers and technicians are quite demanding. We are known for our attention to detail, customer service, integrity and product knowledge.
I decided to try your product on my own car 18 months ago as a result of an article in the Union Tribune. Fuel additives, which make claims of substantial fuel efficiency improvements and improved engine operation, always are viewed by my team and I with a healthy bit of skepticism. The technicians at our shop were against even experimenting with the product at first. After reviewing your materials we decided to do a trial on the Master Techs’ family car prior to marketing to any of our loyal customers.
Within 4 weeks of use following your startup and maintenance directions on the bottles, both by our Master Tech and myself, we both were seeing improvements in both fuel economy and smoothness in engine operation. We concluded from tests on both of our cars that for a ~3% additional “fuel” cost (assuming $3/gal) we were getting ~10-14% fuel cost savings, net savings ~7-11% plus an “intangible” smoother engine operation benefit.
A select few customers were introduced to the product as a result. Now, as customers have heard about our test results, we have a number of customers regularly using your product besides the team at our shop. We all agree our engines seem to rev smoother with less associated engine noise – this is subjective data at this point.
Our only complaint is that a measuring and fuel tank dispensing bottle (separate or packaged with the product), as seen with other additive products, is not offered with your product to make usage easier.
